Collateral Damage on You Tube

Julie Winokur, my wife and collaborator, has just finished her new documentary short, called Collateral Damage. It has just been posted on You Tube. It's a 23 minute film about the gutting of TennCare, a medicaid program in the state of Tennessee which covered more than 400,000 citizens of that state.
